CJ serves as the CEO and Co-Founder at Reserv where he leads the overall strategy and execution of Reserv’s vision. He previously served as the Co-Founder, President and Chief Strategy Officer of Snapsheet, a leading claims insurtech startup focused on bringing virtual appraisal technology and cloud-native claims management SaaS to more than 125 insurance carrier clients internationally.

At Snapsheet, CJ was responsible for product development and innovation, leading the development and launch of Snapsheet Appraisals - the world's first virtual auto appraisals technology platform, and Snapsheet Cloud - a SaaS claims platform that enables fully automated end-to-end claims management.

Martha is the Co-Founder and COO at Reserv. Martha brings 15+ years of venture-backed insurtech and fintech experience. Martha joined Reserv from Rhino Insurance where she was SVP of Operations and a member of the executive team during a period of rapid expansion from 50 to over 250 employees.

Prior to Rhino, Martha worked at Attune Insurance as VP of Analytics and Corporation Operations where she built Attune’s analytics infrastructure and scaled their first commercial BOP offering. Martha began her career at OnDeck Capital where she was the SVP of Operations, leading the loan origination and servicing organizations. She was a member of the executive team that took OnDeck public in 2014.

James holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Reserv, where he oversees Engineering, Product, and Data Science operations. Prior to his role at Reserv, he co-founded Mya Systems, an AI 100 startup specializing in Recruiting Process Automation, which was acquired by StepStone GmbH in 2020.

While at Mya, James was instrumental in leading the Engineering and AI/NLP teams, where he spearheaded the development of NLU systems that served as the backbone of the company's automation solutions. Following the acquisition by StepStone, James emerged as a leader in the adoption of LLMs and was elevated to Head of LLM Agent R&D and led the effort to transition LLMs into production-ready tools for Conversational AI applications.

Donna Biondich is the Head of Claims Process at Reserv where she brings over 40 years experience within E&S Property & Casualty insurance. She has spent the the past 32 years in senior leadership roles including Chief Claims Officer roles at Prosight Specialty, Argo Group, and Caliber One Specialty (a PMA company).

Donna is a passionate executive with focus and success in instilling early reserving practices, proactive customer-centric claims handling, industry-leading best practices, and legal compliance.

20 years experience across a wide range od sectors, including credit, hire, care, life, general insurance, pet, commercial, employer’s liability, public/products liability, and disease, alongside motor, property, credit hire and financial lines.

Former Uber and Liberty Mutual claims and risk Management leader with 18+ years experience. Extensive expertise in multi-line claims and global insurance products. Experience with a diversity of insurance products with a focus on the sharing economy.

Over 30 years experience leading international Fortune 10 claim organizations across all lines of commercial casualty business.
