Who is Reserv?

What happens after I submit my claim?

Once your claim has been submitted, the Reserv team will send an acknowledgment email. If we need additional information to start the review of your claim, we will request it in the acknowledgement email.

How are claims calculated for Event Cancellation Team Coverage?

Claims are based on a Games Guaranteed vs games player – Let’s say you registered for a tournament and were guaranteed three games for $300 – that gives every game a value of $100. If you played one game and the event gets cancelled, your refund would be $200.

How do I follow-up on my claim if I have a question or additional information?

Please reply directly to the acknowledgement email that you received from Reserv. If you cannot locate the email, please reach out to existing.claim+ussci@reserv.com.
